What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 1,000 units per product. For skincare products (creams, serums, lotions), MOQ is 1,000 units. For perfume, MOQ is 1,000 units for 30ml/50ml bottles. For lipstick, MOQ is 1,000 units per shade. We can discuss lower MOQ for first-time orders or sample trial orders.

How much does cosmetic OEM manufacturing cost?

Costs vary by product type and order quantity. Typical ranges: Skincare (cream/serum): $1.50-$5.00 per unit; Perfume (30ml-50ml): $2.00-$8.00 per unit; Lipstick: $0.80-$3.00 per unit; Body care: $1.20-$4.00 per unit. What is the production lead time?

Accepted Answer

Standard production timeline: Formula development & sample approval: 7-15 days; Packaging sourcing & customization: 10-20 days; Mass production: 15-25 days; Quality testing & packaging: 5-7 days. Total lead time is typically 35-60 days from formula approval to shipment.

What certifications do you have?

We hold ISO 22716:2007 (Cosmetic GMP) certification (valid until October 2026) and US FDA Cosmetic GMP (2020) certification (valid until October 2026). Both certifications are issued by Bureau Veritas. We also support Halal certification for Muslim markets and can assist with EU CPNP registration.

Question 5

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We offer free existing formula samples (shipping cost borne by customer). For custom formula development, sample fee is $50-$200 depending on complexity, which is deductible from your bulk order. Sample lead time is 5-10 days.

Question 6

Do you provide custom packaging or private label?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide full custom packaging services including: custom bottle/jar shapes, private label printing, custom color boxes, gift sets, and eco-friendly packaging options. We can source from our partner packaging factories or use your supplied packaging.

Question 7

What payment terms do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Standard payment terms: 50% deposit before production, 50% balance before shipment. We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal (for small orders), and Alibaba Trade Assurance. For repeat customers with good credit, we can offer net-30 terms.

Question 8

Can you help with shipping and customs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer full logistics support: EXW, FOB (Guangzhou/Shenzhen), CIF, and DDP shipping terms. We can arrange sea freight, air freight, or express delivery. We also provide all necessary export documents including COA, MSDS, packing list, and commercial invoice.

Do you offer ODM services or only OEM?

We offer both OEM (your formula, your brand) and ODM (our formula, your brand) services. With ODM, you can choose from our 200+ existing formulas and customize packaging. OEM involves developing a unique formula from scratch based on your requirements.

Question 10

Can I visit your factory?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our factory is located in Guangzhou, China. We welcome factory visits and audits. Please contact us at least 3 days in advance to schedule a visit. We can arrange airport pickup and provide accommodation recommendations.
